SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MYLIP (myosin regulatory light chain interacting protein, also called MIR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MYLIP qPCR Primer Set – myosin regulatory light chain interacting protein
Also known as: IDOL, MIR
About this gene: The ERM protein family members ezrin, radixin, and moesin are cytoskeletal effector proteins linking actin to membrane-bound proteins at the cell surface. Myosin regulatory light chain interacting protein is a novel ERM-like protein that interacts with myosin regulatory light chain and inhibits neurite outgrowth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29116; HGNC ID: HGNC:21155; UniProt: Q8WY64; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013262.4; Chromosome location: 6p22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
