SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MYL9 (myosin light chain 9, also called LC20) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MYL9 qPCR Primer Set – myosin light chain 9
Also known as: LC20, MLC-2C, MLC2, MMIHS4, MRLC1, MYRL2
About this gene: Myosin, a structural component of muscle, consists of two heavy chains and four light chains. The MYL9 protein is a myosin light chain that may regulate muscle contraction by modulating the ATPase activity of myosin heads. The MYL9 protein binds calcium and is activated by myosin light chain kinase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10398; HGNC ID: HGNC:15754; UniProt: P24844; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006097.5; Chromosome location: 20q11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
