SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MYL4 (myosin light chain 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MYL4 qPCR Primer Set – myosin light chain 4
Also known as: ALC1, AMLC, GT1, PRO1957
About this gene: Myosin is a hexameric ATPase cellular motor protein. The MYL4 gene product is composed of two myosin heavy chains, two nonphosphorylatable myosin alkali light chains, and two phosphorylatable myosin regulatory light chains. MYL4 encodes a myosin alkali light chain that is found in embryonic muscle and adult atria.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4635; HGNC ID: HGNC:7585; UniProt: P12829; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002476.2; Chromosome location: 17q21.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
