SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MYL3 (myosin light chain 3, also called VLCl) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MYL3 qPCR Primer Set – myosin light chain 3
Also known as: CMH8, MLC-lV/sb, MLC1SB, MLC1V, VLC1, VLCl
About this gene: MYL3 encodes myosin light chain 3, an alkali light chain also referred to in the literature as both the ventricular isoform and the slow skeletal muscle isoform. Mutations in MYL3 have been identified as a cause of mid-left ventricular chamber type hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4634; HGNC ID: HGNC:7584; UniProt: P08590; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000258.3; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
