SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MYF6 (myogenic factor 6, also called bHLHc4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MYF6 qPCR Primer Set – myogenic factor 6
Also known as: CNM3, MRF4, bHLHc4, myf-6
About this gene: The MYF6 protein is a probable basic helix-loop-helix DNA binding protein involved in muscle differentiation. The MYF6 protein likely acts as a heterodimer with another bHLH protein. Defects in MYF6 are a cause of autosomal dominant centronuclear myopathy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4618; HGNC ID: HGNC:7566; UniProt: P23409; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002469.3; Chromosome location: 12q21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
