SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MYCBP (MYC binding protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MYCBP qPCR Primer Set – MYC binding protein
Also known as: AMY-1
About this gene: The MYCBP protein binds to the N-terminus of the oncogenic protein C-MYC, enhancing the ability of C-MYC to activate E box-dependent transcription. The MYCBP protein is normally found in the cytoplasm, but it translocates to the nucleus during S phase of the cell cycle and associates with C-MYC. This protein may be involved in spermatogenesis. MYCBP can be silenced by microRNA-22.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26292; HGNC ID: HGNC:7554; UniProt: Q99417; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012333.5; Chromosome location: 1p34.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
