About this gene: The protein encoded by MYBL2, a member of the MYB family of transcription factor genes, is a nuclear protein involved in cell cycle progression. The MYBL2 protein is phosphorylated by cyclin A/cyclin-dependent kinase 2 during the S-phase of the cell cycle and possesses both activator and repressor activities. The MYBL2 gene product is reported to activate the cell division cycle 2, cyclin D1, and insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 5 genes.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
