About this gene: MYB encodes a protein with three HTH DNA-binding domains that acts as a transcription regulator. The MYB protein plays an essential role in the regulation of hematopoiesis. MYB may be aberrently expressed or rearranged or undergo translocation in leukemias and lymphomas, and is considered to be an oncogene.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
