SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MTMR14 (myotubularin related protein 14, also called hJumpy) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MTMR14 qPCR Primer Set – myotubularin related protein 14
Also known as: C3orf29
About this gene: MTMR14 encodes a myotubularin-related protein. The MTMR14 protein is a phosphoinositide phosphatase that specifically dephosphorylates phosphatidylinositol 3,5-biphosphate and phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate. Mutations in MTMR14 are correlated with autosomal dominant centronuclear myopathy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64419; HGNC ID: HGNC:26190; UniProt: Q8NCE2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001077525.3; Chromosome location: 3p25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
