SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MSN (moesin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MSN qPCR Primer Set – moesin
Also known as: HEL70, IMD50
About this gene: Moesin belongs to the ERM family which includes ezrin and radixin. ERM proteins appear to function as cross-linkers between plasma membranes and actin-based cytoskeletons. Moesin is localized to filopodia and other membranous protrusions that are important for cell-cell recognition and signaling and for cell movement.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4478; HGNC ID: HGNC:7373; UniProt: P26038; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002444.3; Chromosome location: Xq12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
