About this gene: MSH5 belongs to the mutS family of proteins that are involved in DNA mismatch repair and meiotic recombination. The MSH5 protein is similar to a Saccharomyces cerevisiae protein that participates in segregation fidelity and crossing-over events during meiosis. The MSH5 protein is involved in promoting ionizing radiation-induced apoptosis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
