SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MSH3 (mutS homolog 3, also called DUP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MSH3 qPCR Primer Set – mutS homolog 3
Also known as: DUP, FAP4, MRP1
About this gene: The MSH3 protein forms a heterodimer with MSH2 to form MutS beta, part of the post-replicative DNA mismatch repair system. MutS beta initiates mismatch repair by binding to a mismatch and then forming a complex with MutL alpha heterodimer. MSH3 contains a polymorphic 9 bp tandem repeat sequence in the first exon.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4437; HGNC ID: HGNC:7326; UniProt: P20585; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002439.5; Chromosome location: 5q14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
