SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MS4A2 (membrane spanning 4-domains A2, also called FcERI) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MS4A2 qPCR Primer Set – membrane spanning 4-domains A2
Also known as: APY, ATOPY, FCER1B, FCERI, IGEL, IGER, IGHER
About this gene: The allergic response involves the binding of allergen to receptor-bound IgE followed by cell activation and the release of mediators responsible for the manifestations of allergy. The IgE-receptor, a tetramer composed of an alpha, beta, and 2 disulfide-linked gamma chains, is found on the surface of mast cells and basophils. MS4A2 encodes a beta subunit of the high affinity IgE receptor which belongs to the membrane-spanning 4A gene family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2206; HGNC ID: HGNC:7316; UniProt: Q01362; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000139.5; Chromosome location: 11q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
