About this gene: The MS4A12 protein is a cell surface protein found primarily in the apical membrane of colonocytes. Silencing of MS4A12 in colon cancer cells inhibits the proliferation, cell motility, and chemotactic invasion of cells.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
