About this gene: IRAG1 is similar to a putative mouse tumor suppressor gene that is frequently disrupted by mouse AIDS-related virus. The encoded protein, which is found in the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum, is similar to Jaw1, a lymphoid-restricted protein whose expression is down-regulated during lymphoid differentiation. The IRAG1 protein is a substrate of cGMP-dependent kinase-1 that can function as a regulator of IP3-induced calcium release.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
