SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ERAP1 (endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1, also called A-LAP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ERAP1 qPCR Primer Set – endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1
Also known as: A-LAP, ALAP, APPILS, ARTS-1, ARTS1, ERAAP, ERAAP1, PILS-AP, PILSAP
About this gene: The ERAP1 protein is an aminopeptidase involved in trimming HLA class I-binding precursors so that they can be presented on MHC class I molecules. The ERAP1 protein acts as a monomer or as a heterodimer with ERAP2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51752; HGNC ID: HGNC:18173; UniProt: Q9NZ08; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001040458.3; Chromosome location: 5q15
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
