SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ART1 (ADP-ribosyltransferase 1, also called ARTC1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ART1 qPCR Primer Set – ADP-ribosyltransferase 1
Also known as: ART2, ARTC1, CD296, RT6
About this gene: ADP-ribosyltransferase catalyzes the ADP-ribosylation of arginine residues in proteins. Mono-ADP-ribosylation is a posttranslational modification of proteins that is interfered with by a variety of bacterial toxins including cholera, pertussis, and heat-labile enterotoxins of E. coli. The amino acid sequence consists of predominantly hydrophobic N- and C-terminal regions, which is characteristic of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 417; HGNC ID: HGNC:723; UniProt: P52961; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004314.3; Chromosome location: 11p15.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
