SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MRC2 (mannose receptor C-type 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MRC2 qPCR Primer Set – mannose receptor C-type 2
Also known as: CD280, CLEC13E, ENDO180, UPARAP
About this gene: MRC2 belongs to the mannose receptor family of proteins that contain a fibronectin type II domain and multiple C-type lectin-like domains. The MRC2 protein is involved in extracellular matrix remodeling by mediating the internalization and lysosomal degradation of collagen ligands. Expression of MRC2 may play a role in the tumorigenesis and metastasis of multiple malignancies including breast cancer, gliomas and metastatic bone disease.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9902; HGNC ID: HGNC:16875; UniProt: Q9UBG0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006039.5; Chromosome location: 17q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
