SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MR1 (major histocompatibility complex, class I-related) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MR1 qPCR Primer Set – major histocompatibility complex, class I-related
Also known as: HLALS
About this gene: MAIT lymphocytes represent a small population of T-cells primarily found in the gut. The MR1 protein is an antigen-presenting molecule that presents metabolites of microbial vitamin B to MAITs. This presentation may activate the MAITs to regulate the amounts of specific types of bacteria in the gut.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3140; HGNC ID: HGNC:4975; UniProt: Q95460; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001385161.1; Chromosome location: 1q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
