SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PALS2 (protein associated with LIN7 2, MAGUK p55 family member) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PALS2 qPCR Primer Set – protein associated with LIN7 2, MAGUK p55 family member
Also known as: MPP6, VAM-1, VAM1, p55T
About this gene: Members of the peripheral membrane-associated guanylate kinase family function in tumor suppression and receptor clustering by forming multiprotein complexes containing distinct sets of transmembrane, cytoskeletal, and cytoplasmic signaling proteins. All MAGUKs contain a PDZ-SH3-GUK core and are divided into 4 subfamilies, DLG-like, ZO1-like, p55-like, and LIN2-like, based on their size and the presence of additional domains. MPP6 belongs to the p55-like MAGUK subfamily.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51678; HGNC ID: HGNC:18167; UniProt: Q9NZW5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001303037.2; Chromosome location: 7p15.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
