About this gene: PALS1 belongs to the p55-like subfamily of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase gene superfamily. The PALS1 protein participates in the polarization of differentiating cells, is reported to regulate myelinating Schwann cells, and is one of the components of the Crumbs complex in the retina. Mice which express lower levels of the orthologous protein have retinal degeneration and impaired vision.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
