About this gene: MPP1 encodes a prototype of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase family proteins. MAGUKs interact with the cytoskeleton and regulate cell proliferation, signaling pathways, and intercellular junctions. The MPP1 protein is an extensively palmitoylated membrane phosphoprotein containing a PDZ domain, a Src homology 3 motif, and a guanylate kinase domain.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
