SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MPO (myeloperoxidase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MPO qPCR Primer Set – myeloperoxidase
About this gene: Myeloperoxidase is a heme protein synthesized during myeloid differentiation that constitutes the major component of neutrophil azurophilic granules. Produced as a single chain precursor, myeloperoxidase is subsequently cleaved into a light and heavy chain. The mature myeloperoxidase is a tetramer composed of 2 light chains and 2 heavy chains.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4353; HGNC ID: HGNC:7218; UniProt: P05164; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000250.2; Chromosome location: 17q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
