SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MPHOSPH10 (M-phase phosphoprotein 10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MPHOSPH10 qPCR Primer Set – M-phase phosphoprotein 10
Also known as: CT90, MPP10, MPP10P, PPP1R106
About this gene: MPHOSPH10 encodes a protein that is phosphorylated during mitosis. The protein localizes to the nucleolus during interphase and to the chromosomes during M phase. The protein associates with the U3 small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein 60-80S complexes and may be involved in pre-rRNA processing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10199; HGNC ID: HGNC:7213; UniProt: O00566; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005791.3; Chromosome location: 2p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
