SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KIF20B (kinesin family member 20B, also called CT90) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KIF20B qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 20B
Also known as: CT90, KRMP1, MPHOSPH1, MPP-1, MPP1
About this gene: KIF20B enables multiple functions, including ATP hydrolysis activity; WW domain binding activity; and plus-end-directed microtubule motor activity. It is involved in positive regulation of cell population proliferation and positive regulation of cytokinesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9585; HGNC ID: HGNC:7212; UniProt: Q96Q89; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001284259.2; Chromosome location: 10q23.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
