SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MPDU1 (mannose-P-dolichol utilization defect 1, also called SL15) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MPDU1 qPCR Primer Set – mannose-P-dolichol utilization defect 1
Also known as: CDGIF, HBEBP2BPA, Lec35, My008, PP3958, PQLC5, SL15, SLC66A5
About this gene: MPDU1 encodes a endoplasmic reticulum membrane protein that is required for utilization of the mannose donor mannose-P-dolichol in the synthesis of lipid-linked oligosaccharides and glycosylphosphatidylinositols. Mutations in MPDU1 result in congenital disorder of glycosylation type If.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9526; HGNC ID: HGNC:7207; UniProt: O75352; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004870.4; Chromosome location: 17p13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
