SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD200 (CD200 molecule) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CD200 qPCR Primer Set – CD200 molecule
Also known as: MOX1, MOX2, MRC, OX-2
About this gene: CD200 encodes a type I membrane glycoprotein containing two extracellular immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane and a cytoplasmic domain. CD200 is expressed by various cell types, including B cells, a subset of T cells, thymocytes, endothelial cells, and neurons. The CD200 protein is important for immunosuppression and regulation of anti-tumor activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4345; HGNC ID: HGNC:7203; UniProt: P41217; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005944.7; Chromosome location: 3q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
