SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MTARC1 (mitochondrial amidoxime reducing component 1, also called mARC1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MTARC1 qPCR Primer Set – mitochondrial amidoxime reducing component 1
Also known as: MARC1, MOSC1
About this gene: MTARC1 enables molybdenum ion binding activity; molybdopterin cofactor binding activity; and oxidoreductase activity, acting on other nitrogenous compounds as donors. Contributes to nitrite reductase activity. It is involved in cellular detoxification of nitrogen compound; nitrate metabolic process; and nitric oxide biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64757; HGNC ID: HGNC:26189; UniProt: Q5VT66; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022746.4; Chromosome location: 1q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
