SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MLXIP (MLX interacting protein, also called bHLHe36) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MLXIP qPCR Primer Set – MLX interacting protein
Also known as: MIR, MONDOA, bHLHe36
About this gene: MLXIP encodes a protein that acts as part of a heterodimer to activate transcription. The MLXIP protein forms a heterodimer with Max-like protein X and is involved in the regulation of genes in response to cellular glucose levels.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22877; HGNC ID: HGNC:17055; UniProt: Q9HAP2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014938.6; Chromosome location: 12q24.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
