SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MOCS3 (molybdenum cofactor synthesis 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MOCS3 qPCR Primer Set – molybdenum cofactor synthesis 3
Also known as: MOCODB2, UBA4
About this gene: Molybdenum cofactor is necessary for the function of all molybdoenzymes. The MOCS3 protein adenylates and activates molybdopterin synthase, an enzyme required for biosynthesis of MoCo. MOCS3 contains no introns.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27304; HGNC ID: HGNC:15765; UniProt: O95396; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014484.5; Chromosome location: 20q13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
