SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MOAP1 (modulator of apoptosis 1, also called MAP1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MOAP1 qPCR Primer Set – modulator of apoptosis 1
Also known as: MAP-1, PNMA4
About this gene: The MOAP1 protein was identified by its interaction with apoptosis regulator BAX protein. The MOAP1 protein contains a Bcl-2 homology 3-like motif, which is required for the association with BAX. When overexpressed, MOAP1 is reported to mediate caspase-dependent apoptosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64112; HGNC ID: HGNC:16658; UniProt: Q96BY2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022151.5; Chromosome location: 14q32.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
