SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MNT (MAX network transcriptional repressor, also called bHLHd3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MNT qPCR Primer Set – MAX network transcriptional repressor
Also known as: MAD6, MXD6, ROX, bHLHd3, lncRNA-HAL
About this gene: The Myc/Max/Mad network comprises a group of transcription factors that co-interact to regulate gene-specific transcriptional activation or repression. MNT encodes a protein member of the Myc/Max/Mad network. The MNT protein has a basic-Helix-Loop-Helix-zipper domain with which it binds the canonical DNA sequence CANNTG, known as the E box, following heterodimerization with Max proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4335; HGNC ID: HGNC:7188; UniProt: Q99583; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020310.3; Chromosome location: 17p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
