SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ARR3 (arrestin 3, also called cArr) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ARR3 qPCR Primer Set – arrestin 3
Also known as: ARRX, MYP26, cArr
About this gene: The ARR3 protein is a non-visual arrestin which binds to agonist-activated, phosphorylated G protein-coupled receptors. This binding uncouples the receptor from the heterotrimeric G protein, resulting in termination of the G protein-coupled receptor signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 407; HGNC ID: HGNC:710; UniProt: P36575; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004312.3; Chromosome location: Xq13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
