About this gene: Myosin is a hexameric ATPase cellular motor protein. The MYL6B gene product is composed of two heavy chains, two nonphosphorylatable alkali light chains, and two phosphorylatable regulatory light chains. MYL6B encodes a myosin alkali light chain expressed in both slow-twitch skeletal muscle and in nonmuscle tissue.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
