About this gene: MIXL1 enables RNA polymerase II-specific DNA-binding transcription factor binding activity and sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including endodermal cell differentiation; negative regulation of hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation; and positive regulation of mesoderm development. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cell migration involved in gastrulation and hemopoiesis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
