SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MITD1 (microtubule interacting and trafficking domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MITD1 qPCR Primer Set – microtubule interacting and trafficking domain containing 1
About this gene: Abscission, the separation of daughter cells at the end of cytokinesis, is effected by endosomal sorting complexes required for transport III. The protein encoded by MITD1 acts as a homodimer. The MITD1 protein regulates ESCRT-III activity and is required for proper cytokinesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 129531; HGNC ID: HGNC:25207; UniProt: Q8WV92; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_138798.3; Chromosome location: 2q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
