SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GDE1 (glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GDE1 qPCR Primer Set – glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase 1
Also known as: 363E6.2, MIR16
About this gene: GDE1 is predicted to enable glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase activity; glycerophosphoinositol glycerophosphodiesterase activity; and phosphatidylcholine lysophospholipase A1 activity. It is predicted to be involved in N-acylethanolamine metabolic process; ethanolamine metabolic process; and phospholipid metabolic process. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51573; HGNC ID: HGNC:29644; UniProt: Q9NZC3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016641.4; Chromosome location: 16p12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
