About this gene: The MGAT5 protein belongs to the glycosyltransferase family. The MGAT5 gene product catalyzes the addition of beta-1,6-N-acetylglucosamine to the alpha-linked mannose of biantennary N-linked oligosaccharides present on the newly synthesized glycoproteins. The MGAT5 gene product is one of the most important enzymes involved in the regulation of the biosynthesis of glycoprotein oligosaccharides.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
