SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MFSD1 (major facilitator superfamily domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MFSD1 qPCR Primer Set – major facilitator superfamily domain containing 1
Also known as: Minerva, SLC72A1, SMAP4
About this gene: MFSD1 enables dipeptide uniporter activity. It is involved in dipeptide transmembrane transport from lysosomal lumen to cytosol. Is active in lysosomal membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64747; HGNC ID: HGNC:25874; UniProt: Q9H3U5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022736.4; Chromosome location: 3q25.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
