About this gene: Identified in a human 8p amplicon, MFHAS1 is a potential oncogene whose expression is enhanced in some malignant fibrous histiocytomas. The primary structure of its product includes an ATP/GTP-binding site, three leucine zipper domains, and a leucine-rich tandem repeat, which are structural or functional elements for interactions among proteins related to the cell cycle.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
