About this gene: MEOX2 belongs to a subfamily of non-clustered, diverged, antennapedia-like homeobox-containing genes. The MEOX2 protein may play a role in the regulation of vertebrate limb myogenesis. Mutations in the related mouse protein may be linked to craniofacial and/or skeletal abnormalities, also to neurovascular dysfunction observed in Alzheimer's disease.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
