About this gene: MEGF10 belongs to the multiple epidermal growth factor-like domains protein family. The MEGF10 protein is involved in cell adhesion, motility and proliferation, and is a critical mediator of apoptotic cell phagocytosis as well as amyloid-beta peptide uptake in the brain. Expression of MEGF10 may be linked to schizophrenia, and mutations in MEGF10 are a cause of early-onset myopathy, areflexia, respiratory distress, and dysphagia as well as congenital myopathy with minicores.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
