SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MED9 (mediator complex subunit 9) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MED9 qPCR Primer Set – mediator complex subunit 9
Also known as: MED25
About this gene: The multiprotein Mediator complex is a coactivator required for activation of RNA polymerase II transcription by DNA bound transcription factors. The MED9 protein is believed to be a subunit of the Mediator complex. MED9 is located within the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55090; HGNC ID: HGNC:25487; UniProt: Q9NWA0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018019.3; Chromosome location: 17p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
