SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human USE1 (unconventional SNARE in the ER 1, also called p31) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human USE1 qPCR Primer Set – unconventional SNARE in the ER 1
Also known as: D12, MDS032, P31, SLT1
About this gene: USE1 is predicted to enable SNAP receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including lysosomal transport; protein catabolic process; and retrograde vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to endoplasmic reticulum. It is predicted to act upstream of or within endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization and regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55850; HGNC ID: HGNC:30882; UniProt: Q9NZ43; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018467.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
