Human ARNT qPCR Primer Set – aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator

Also known as: ARNT1, HIF-1-beta, HIF-1beta, HIF1-beta, HIF1B, HIF1BETA, TANGO, bHLHe2

About this gene: ARNT encodes a protein containing a basic helix-loop-helix domain and two characteristic PAS domains along with a PAC domain. The ARNT protein binds to ligand-bound aryl hydrocarbon receptor and aids in the movement of this complex to the nucleus, where it promotes the expression of genes involved in xenobiotic metabolism. The ARNT protein is also a co-factor for transcriptional regulation by hypoxia-inducible factor 1.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 405; HGNC ID: HGNC:700; UniProt: P27540; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001668.4; Chromosome location: 1q21.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
