SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CISD1 (CDGSH iron sulfur domain 1, also called MitoNEET) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CISD1 qPCR Primer Set – CDGSH iron sulfur domain 1
Also known as: C10orf70, MDS029, ZCD1, mitoNEET
About this gene: CISD1 encodes a protein with a CDGSH iron-sulfur domain and is reported to bind a redox-active [2Fe-2S] cluster. The CISD1 protein has been localized to the outer membrane of mitochondria and is believed to play a role in regulation of oxidation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55847; HGNC ID: HGNC:30880; UniProt: Q9NZ45; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018464.5; Chromosome location: 10q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
