SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADPRM (ADP-ribose/CDP-alcohol diphosphatase, manganese dependent, also called ADPRibase-Mn) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ADPRM qPCR Primer Set – ADP-ribose/CDP-alcohol diphosphatase, manganese dependent
Also known as: C17orf48, MDS006, NBLA03831
About this gene: ADPRM is predicted to enable 2',3'-cyclic-nucleotide 2'-phosphodiesterase activity; manganese ion binding activity; and pyrophosphatase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56985; HGNC ID: HGNC:30925; UniProt: Q3LIE5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020233.5; Chromosome location: 17p13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
