About this gene: MDM2 encodes a nuclear-localized E3 ubiquitin ligase. The MDM2 protein can promote tumor formation by targeting tumor suppressor proteins, such as p53, for proteasomal degradation. MDM2 is itself transcriptionally-regulated by p53.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
