SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MCM3AP (minichromosome maintenance complex component 3 associated protein, also called GANP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MCM3AP qPCR Primer Set – minichromosome maintenance complex component 3 associated protein
Also known as: GANP, MAP80, PNRIID, SAC3
About this gene: The minichromosome maintenance protein 3 is one of the MCM proteins essential for the initiation of DNA replication. The MCM3AP protein is a MCM3 binding protein. The MCM3AP gene product was reported to have phosphorylation-dependent DNA-primase activity, which was up-regulated in antigen immunization induced germinal center.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8888; HGNC ID: HGNC:6946; UniProt: O60318; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003906.5; Chromosome location: 21q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
