SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MCM3 (minichromosome maintenance complex component 3, also called P1-MCM3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MCM3 qPCR Primer Set – minichromosome maintenance complex component 3
Also known as: HCC5, P1-MCM3, P1.h, RLFB
About this gene: The MCM3 protein is one of the highly conserved mini-chromosome maintenance proteins that are involved in the initiation of eukaryotic genome replication. The hexameric protein complex formed by MCM proteins is a key component of the pre-replication complex and may be involved in the formation of replication forks and in the recruitment of other DNA replication related proteins. The MCM3 protein is a subunit of the protein complex that consists of MCM2-7.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4172; HGNC ID: HGNC:6945; UniProt: P25205; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002388.6; Chromosome location: 6p12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
